For an app issue, include your app version, iOS or Android version, and the steps that produced the issue. Attach only non-sensitive examples you choose to share. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens or unredacted financial documents.

Using ClaimProof

Core inventory works without an account. Connected backup requires a configured account service and sign-in. Native 3D room capture requires a supported ARCore Android device or an iOS device with LiDAR. The GPU beta requires your own paired compatible server; it is not automatically provisioned by the app.
